James Hawkins is a licensed real estate broker with Odell Realty, serving the Lake Norman, Charlotte, and surrounding communities. As a husband and proud father of three, James understands that a home is more than just a property, it is where families grow, and memories are built. Before entering real estate, James built his career as a Senior Strategic Buyer with Daimler Truck, where he led complex, multi-million-dollar negotiations and strategic decisions. This experience has strengthened his ability to evaluate details, navigate challenges, and advocate for the best possible outcome while keeping the bigger picture in focus.
