About Lloyd
Lloyd Odell is the founder and team leader of Odell Realty, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of full-time real estate experience and over 1,000 successful real estate transactions throughout the Greater Charlotte area.
From 2014 to 2017, Lloyd served as the Broker-in-Charge of RE/MAX Executive in Cornelius, North Carolina, while continuing to grow and strengthen the Odell Realty team. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for exceptional market knowledge, honest guidance, and a commitment to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Beyond real estate sales, Lloyd offers extensive experience in residential remodeling, general contracting, foundation construction and repair, giving his clients valuable insight into the condition and potential of a home. He has also owned and operated both a Homeowners Association management company, serving on the Board of Directors for the National Institute of Community Management, and a mortgage company, providing a well-rounded understanding of nearly every aspect of the real estate industry.
Together with his wife, Karen, Lloyd is dedicated to delivering a personalized, client-first experience.
